This weekend I saw a blog post about a wire flower crown made using wire and nail polish. I did some research by watching videos on youtube on how to make these wire flowers (here and here). I tried it out and made earrings instead of a flower crown.
Hello! I didn’t post for a whole week! But after some online browsing, I was inspired by all the quilled creations I saw. I decided to give it a try and make a simple card.
For the past week, I’ve been learning how to drape a dress form (a little bit each night since I work full time). Not having a pin cushion was very inconvenient so I decided to craft one myself through repurposing cosmetic packaging and left over fabrics.
I saw a lot of flower crowns at the stores lately due to the nicer weather and all those music festivals popping up here. I didn’t have any flowers at home but I do have a lot of pearl sprays that I used from another project.
Sooooooo with all the weddings around the corner, I’ve been super inspired by the wedding hair accessories that the brides wear. They look simple enough to make so I gave it a try. Check it out below…
I’ve been on a change up my wall type of mood haha. I love those wall decals that I see online but they could be pretty pricey and could be little excessive for my already cluttered walls. So, again with the left over contact paper, I set out to create my own small and simple wall decal.
