I haven’t really posted regularly on this blog so what have I been up to lately?
This past month I’ve been especially busy with school. This quarter of school is coming to an end soon and I’ll only have one more quarter before graduating. I’ve been practicing drawing using illustrator and photoshop; once I got used to it, it’s actually a lot faster than doing it by hand. The only thing I’m having a hard time with is drawing croquis. So it’s really just a lot of assignments that aren’t difficult but rather time consuming.
This month I also discovered a few new products. There’s the Etude House Play 101 Stick (#14), Guerlain Meteorites, and the SmashBox Photo Finish Foundation Primer (light). Meteorites is just pretty rather than functional I believe; I can’t really see much difference when applied or I’m just applying it wrong? The Play 101 Stick is surprisingly really pretty as a blush; the color is very vibrant and doesn’t feel dry or sink into my dry spots.
The primer is probably my favorite product this month. I’ve been having a difficult time with my makeup caking and making my dry spots more apparent for a long time; I’ve used quite a few primers before but I didn’t feel like they were doing anything at all. This one actually seems to be working for my dry skin.
And of course, I’ve been going out to eat a lot. For some reason, I’ve been going to a lot of korean restaurants lately (rice cakes are soooo good!). Because it was Valentines day, there were also a lot of sweets involved…
I went to the Tommy Hilfiger Show recently as well. If you haven’t read about it, check it out here: TommyXGigi Spring 2017 Show
Lately I just feel like there isn’t enough time. Going to school, working on projects, going to work when I don’t have class and trying to keep somewhat of a social life is draining all my energy and time. It’s going to March already; 3 months of the new year. Where does all the time go? Do you feel the same way?
