Ipsy July 2016

So I didn’t receive the June Ipsy bag.

I received the July glam bag this week though. The theme this month is hot summer night.

As always there are 5 products including this month’s bag, which has a chromatic look with little patterns all over. Again, I love the Ipsy bags because they always look so pretty.

theBalm Cosmetics – Meet Matt(e) Trimony Eyeshadow in Matt Kumar

I received the Matt Kumar color which is a matte cranberry. I’ve swatched it on my hand and it’s a very pigmented color. But it does look a bit like a bruise kind of color.

BeFine Food Skin Care

This is a night cream that claims to “work to reduce wrinkles and prevent premature aging” and “improves circulation in the skin for healthier color and tone”. I’ve the exfoliating cleanser from this brand before so I’m looking forward to trying this one out too.

Elizabeth Mott – Show Me Your Cheeks Blush in Peach Pink

This blush came in the peach pink color. It’s a very light pink color that didn’t show up very much on my hand upon swatching it.

Trust Fund Beauty – Nail Polish in No Filter

In a previous glam bag, I received another color from this nail polish brand. This time it’s a lighter muted pink color.

ML Cosmetics – Felt Tip Eyeliner in Emerald Isle

This eyeliner surprised me. I didn’t read what color it was initially and when I drew it on my hand, it was green. I’ve never tried a green eyeliner before so this is pretty interesting. I’m not sure if I’ll go out in a green eyeliner though LOL

Here’s the swatches of the eyeshadow, blush, and eyeliner. When I trying to wash them off, they kind of blended together and it really looked like a bruise. This color combo will come in handy on Halloween hahaha

Did you subscribe to Ipsy? If yes, what did you get in your Ipsy bag?
